Jessy Mendiola rang in her birthday this year with none other than her boyfriend, Luis Manzano.

Mendiola was all smiles as she appeared in a touching post from the TV host on Instagram on Monday, taken from what appeared to be a dinner date to celebrate the occasion.

It’s our second year together yet it feels like our first few months together, with the added bonus of having more positive things coming our way. The couple marked their second anniversary in June.

In October, Manzano let slip that he and Mendiola have been talking about plans to get married, saying that he has "two options" when asked about their dream wedding destination.
