MANILA - Since being propelled into stardom, Nadine Lustre has talked about the criticisms she has received about her looks, her relationship with onscreen partner James Reid, and even her acting skills.

And it sounds like Lustre has had enough of her bashers, taking to Twitter to slam the negative comments.

"Bye doubters! I've had enough," the "Till I Met You" star wrote, adding: "Not your damsel in distress. I don't need saving."

And while she did not specify the final straw that pushed her to lash back, many of her fans speculated that it could be about the attacks on her and Reid regarding their controversial love scene in "Till I Met You."

Meanwhile, Reid, amid all the brouhaha, posted on his Instagram account a photo of Lustre, whom he described as his "queen."
