Marco Gallo is hoping to salvage his friendship with Kisses Delavin, following their fallout that resulted in their budding love team being scrapped.

Speaking with Push, the young actor acknowledged that he's saddened over the decision regarding their pairing, but added that his relationship with Delavin has gone sour.

"Siyempre nakakalungkot pero nagpapasalamat naman po ako kay Kisses at sa lahat ng fans na sumuporta sa amin kasi ang dami ko namang natutunan from her and from all the things that happened," he explained. "I really hope that one day we’re gonna be friends again."

He said that he hopes their fans would continue to support them in their solo endeavors. He also said that he's willing to give Delavin space before he tries to mend their friendship.

"Katulad ng mga normal na tao kailangan ng panahon --the right time to talk about what happened between us and I am looking forward to be OK with her kasi she’s still my friend. I still spent so many memories with her," he said.

Gallo concluded the interview by saying that he's open to being paired with other actresses for the meantime.

It was Wednesday when Delavin first confirmed the end of their love team. An official explanation has yet to be released.
