Angel Locsin's Jacintha was revealed to be the show's "Lady in Red," a formidable warrior who possesses both the powers of a vampire and a lobo. ABS-CBN

MANILA -- Monday was a big night for "La Luna Sangre," revealing that Jacintha (Angel Locsin) possesses both the powers of a vampire and a lobo.

The episode brought in 34.1% of the country's television audience, according to Kantar Media -- an increase from its ratings for the past two days (29.8% in Friday and 32.9% in Thursday).

In the build-up to this week's kickstarter, the show has been teasing the reveal of Jacintha's true identity.

It was also hinting that fans may finally get a glimpse of Malia's (Kathryn Bernardo) power as the "itinakda," or the chosen one.

The last time the fantaserye broke 34% in ratings was on October 17, when it hit 34.9%.

Monday's figure of 34.1% was also considerably higher than the 14.7% of its rival, GMA-7's "Alyas Robin Hood."

Locsin returned to "La Luna Sangre" as Jacintha last month, after portraying her original Lia character for the show's first week.

Lia was presumed to have been killed by Sandrino (Richard Gutierrez), leading to questions about Jacintha's identity.
