When Paul Marazzi joined up with A1 again after 16 years, it was teased that they may release one or two brand new songs. Well, the first one just dropped and Filipino fans will be one of the first in the world to hear it live.

In a press conference held before their series of concerts in the country, the group gave a tease of their latest single, "Armour."

According to Chris Ingebrigtsen, their song that just "came out of a conversation" asks the question: "What if there could be an armor for our hearts that could protect us from all the hard times?"

The song was released on Spotify last Friday, less than a week before they arrived in Manila for their reunion tour.

They will first perform at the Kia Theatre on Sunday and Monday, before flying to Cebu for a Tuesday concert. They will then conclude the Philippine leg in Davao on Thursday.

This current tour is the first time all four of them will be performing together since Marazzi abruptly left back in 2002.

They are best known for hit songs such as "Like A Rose," "Same Old Brand New You," "and "Caught in the Middle."

The other two members of the band are Ben Adams and Mark Read.
