The remaining Hasht5 members may have been left with a slight feeling of betrayal, but even they couldn't help but be happy for Xander Ford, formerly known as Marlou Arizala.

CJ, Jhimwell and Eric, who humorously refer to themselves as Hasht3 now, having been shunned aside by Ford and their other mate because of work, were all asked about what they thought of their friend's new look.

"Support na lang kami sa kung anong gusto niya. At least natupad niya iyong pangarap niya," CJ told Lloyd Cadena, a popular YouTube vlogger who has more than half a million subscribers.

Ford, who was once the butt of jokes for being the dark, pimple-laden face of the boy group, made headlines over the weekend after unveiling the results of his plastic surgery, said to have cost an estimated P435,000, debuting a smoother visage.

Jhimwell said he is relieved that the surgical procedure turned out great, while Eric simply sent his congratulations.

It was back in February 2016 when Arizala announced his decision to leave Hasht5 to go solo. At that point, the group was still growing in popularity, making appearances in television shows such as "Gandang Gabi Vice."

Giving an insight as to why Ford abandoned them, CJ said that their friend wanted to be more than just a member of Hasht5.

Asked for his message to Ford, CJ said: "Natupad mo iyong kaisa-isa mong pangarap. Congrats sa iyo at good luck sa mga opportunity na dadating sa iyo."

In an interview Tuesday, with his newfound confidence in tow thanks to his reinvigorated appearance, Ford said that he wants work with Daniel Padilla, Enrique Gil, and James Reid.

He added that he would love to be part of a project opposite Miles Ocampo.
