MANILA - A 15-year-old Inigo Pascual fan who is battling acute myeloid leukemia could not help but burst into tears when the pop star paid visited her at the hospital, a video uploaded Thursday showed.

In the One Music PH clip, Pascual was seen taking some time out of his schedule to visit Ospital ng Makati where Arnie Espina, a self-confessed huge fan of his, has been confined since February.

The young singer took selfies and shared a chat with Espina, as well giving her gifts and serenading her with his hit, "Dahil Sa'yo."

Espina was in tears for most of the video.

Afterwards, Pascual admitted that the visit has given him a new perspective in life.

"This is what she has to live, this is the life she has to live and yet she chooses to be happy, she still chooses to fight," he said.

"There are so many things to be thankful for. When you visit people like them, you realize there's so much more to be thankful for."
