MANILA – Marian Rivera is flattered that her husband, actor Dingdong Dantes, still goes out of his way to ask her out on a date despite their busy schedules.

On the top of this, the celebrity couple is also very hands-on in taking care of their seven-month-old daughter Zia.

In an interview on Tuesday, Rivera said Dantes has his way of making her feel as if he is still courting her.

“Well, ibibigay ko iyan sa asawa ko kasi palagi siyang nagre-request, ‘Are you free? Puwede ba tayo umalis?’ Parang nanliligaw ulit siya. ‘Baka naman puwede kitang i-date by tomorrow, by ganitong oras?’ May kilig pa rin,” Rivera shared.

But when their schedules do not permit them to go out, Rivera said Dantes surprises her with simple things at home.

“Minsan uuwi na lang ako sa bahay, may flowers pa rin ako, may card ako. Kasi sabi niya hindi biro ang magpadede ng seven months na pure no formula. So parang sabi niya, ‘You’re supermom talaga.’ Nakakatuwa na naa-appreciate niya talaga,” she said.

Rivera said having a family of their own has definitely made her relationship with Dantes deeper and a lot stronger.

“Blessed and thankful ako sa nangyayari sa buhay ko. Nandyan 'yung asawa ko para suportahan ako and at the same time, biniyayaan ako ng Panginoon ng anak. Sabi ko nga, Lord, more to come,” she said, hinting about wanting more children with her husband.

Rivera and Dantes tied the knot on December 30, 2014.
