MANILA - ABS-CBN's long-running drama anthology "Maalaala Mo Kaya" will be featuring the life story of Caitlin Soleil Lucas later this month.

More known by the monicker "Courageous Caitie," Lucas suffered from juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia and passed away last March at a hospital in Singapore.

On Facebook, the parents of Lucas noted that they want not just to make viewers cry or be inspired by their daughter's story but for them to "be moved to do something and to practice their faith" and "to understand grace and to find ways to grow in their relationship with Jesus."
