MANILA -- Actress Jodi Sta. Maria on Thursday announced that she's taking a break from social media.

In her Instagram post, the actress shared a photo with the word "offline" as she cited her decision to do a social media detox.

"Detoxing digitally. Less scrolling. More living," Sta. Maria wrote in the caption.

Under her Instagram name, the actress also wrote, "I'll be back soon."
