MANILA -- It's been a tough few weeks for Sharon Cuneta, who had to answer speculations over her financial status and marriage.

But the veteran actress-singer proved she hasn't lost any of her sense of humor amid all the brouhaha as she joked that she wants to have a sexy billboard.

On Instagram, Cuneta shared a throwback photo of her in a two-piece bikini with the caption: "Lord help meeeeeeeee! I want a sexy billboard before I get too old to do one!"

Saying that she is only about 30 pounds from her dream body, she added: "Oops! Gotta be careful what I wish for. Baka sumakit ang ulo kapag sexy na ulit."

In an earlier interview, Cuneta revealed why she decided to lose weight. "I did what I had to do. Kasi nung napanood ko iyong sarili ko sa birthday special ng 'ASAP' for me, I was shocked," she admitted.

She added: "I felt small. I never let my physical obstacles that I had been carrying on my back -- I never let those define me. Pero nahiya ako sa fans ko. As an actress, you're supposed to keep yourself looking like a leading lady and apparently, I had really crossed the line. And that was a real wake-up call."

Cuneta is currently in the US with her family for a series of concerts.
