MANILA, Philippines -- After several hit projects and several endorsement deals, Julia Barretto is wisely investing her earnings on real estate.

On Instagram, Barretto posted a photo of her inside a multi-storey house, which is still under construction.

"That’s me sitting on the first floor of my almost finished home. It’s getting real," Barretto wrote in the caption.

Barretto's mother Marjorie Barretto first shared that her daughter will soon have her own house in October last year.
