JC Santos turned emotional after he was eliminated from "I Can Do That."

Close to tears, the actor, pointing to his fellow contestants, said: "Gusto kong magpasalamat sa bago kong pamilya."

"Lumaki ako ng walang pamilya dahil I have OFW parents. Bihira ako makahanap ng mga kabigan na mapagtitiwalaan kasi lumaki akong mag-isa. Maraming salamat dahil binigay niyo sa akin iyong pagmamahal na iyon," he added.

A theater actor before he appeared on ABS-CBN, he continued: "Sabi nila kapag papasok ka sa mainstream, iba iyong mga tao diyan. Hindi. Nakahanap ako ng mga diamond, at sila iyon."

Following this week's performances, the show named a bottom three based on the total points the contestants received since the very first episode. These were Santos, Gab Valenciano, and Arci Muñoz, who were all tied at 90 points.

It was then explained that since last week was a non-elimination round, the show had to say goodbye to two contestants. The studio audience had to vote on who they think deserve to stay.

Santos received 30.77% of the total tally, which was only good for second.

The contestant with the most and the lowest number of votes will be revealed on Sunday.

Santos is the second contestant to say goodbye to the show after comedian Pokwang, who begged off saying that she wants to spend more time with her daughter.

Santos, who rose to fame after his stint on "Till I Met You" with James Reid and Nadine Lustre, performed a tap dance routine with Valenciano and Cristine Reyes.
