MANILA -- Yeng Constantino was beyond thrilled when her movie “The Eternity Between Seconds” won at this year's CineFilipino Film Festival.

Aside from being named the Best Film, the movie was also awarded for best direction, editing, cinematography and sound design.

“Congrats sa atin! Best Film. I am so happy for us,” Constantino said in a video posted on Instagram.

Also starring TJ Trinidad, “The Eternity Between Seconds” narrates the story of two strangers getting to know each other, apparently during a layover in South Korea.

Explaining the movie's premise, Constantino previously said: "Art siya na film. Symbolic ang film, 'yung stuck ka in one place and hindi mo pa alam ang next move mo."

The movie, directed by Alec Figuracion, serves as Constantino's acting comeback following her 2013 film “Shift.”

According to its website, CineFilipino Film Festival “aims to be the gateway of aspiring and professional filmmakers to higher commercial success.”

“We show films that are a balance of artistic and audience-friendly,” the organization added.
