<p>MANILA- Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief Director General Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa has finally met his celebrity crush Angel Locsin... but only after he was allowed by his wife.</p><p>Dela Rosa on Saturday posted a photo of him and Locsin with the caption: "With the permission of my wife, I've finally met my crush, Angel Locsin."</p><script src='https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/sdk.js#xfbml=1&version=v2.5' async type='text/javascript'></script><div class='fb-post' data-href='https://www.facebook.com/OFFICIALPAGEofRonaldBatoDelaRosa/posts/1314739981907701:0' data-width='auto'> </div><p>The PNP chief previously admitted that he had a crush on the former Darna star.
