As you'd come to expect from a golden buzzer act, Nocturnal Dance Company, a group from Quezon City, kicked off the grand finals of "Pilipinas Got Talent" on Saturday with a bang.
As you'd come to expect from a golden buzzer act, Nocturnal Dance Company, a group from Quezon City, kicked off the grand finals of "Pilipinas Got Talent" on Saturday with a bang.
Known for precise moves --inspired by both hip-hop and local folk dances-- and eye-catching costumes (a combo of a barong tagalog and salakot), the group brought to the stage a performance laced with symbolism, their rain-effect depicting the hardships many Filipinos go through.

"Iyong bahagi ng programa ninyong may pa-ulan, may pa-tubig, napakaganda nu'n para sa akin dahil iyong ulan, iyon iyong mga unos na pinagdadaanan ng Pilipinas pero ang mga Pilipino ay patuloy na sumasayaw," judge Vice Ganda pointed out.
