It has been a while since viewers of "It's Showtime" last saw Ryan Rems, the comedian who won the hearts of many with his brand of non-sequitur humor and straight-faced delivery of jokes.

On Saturday, he returned to the noontime show and--without missing a beat-- once again had everyone in fits of laughter.

Rems made the guest appearance to help promote the second edition of the "It's Showtime" segment dedicated to comedians dubbed "The Funny One," scheduled for this year.

He won the pilot edition back in 2015.
