Charo Santos-Concio could not help but gush over the surprise message of her childhood crush, veteran actor Tirso Cruz III.

The chief content officer of ABS-CBN made a guest appearance on "Magandang Buhay" on Friday with her "Eerie" co-star, Bea Alonzo.

In the video message aired during the show, Cruz told Santos-Concio: "Bragging rights para sa akin 'yan na I'm the childhood crush of the epitome of a woman talaga. Charo is not a girl, she's a woman, a self-made woman and has been successful in all her life."

"Thank you, thank you very much. This is one thing I will never forget," he added.

Cruz went on to reveal that he and Santos-Concio may reunite in a TV project soon.

"I'm very proud to say na nagkasama rin kami in a couple of shows. And if I'm not mistaken, in the very near future magkakasama rin kami sa isang soap if everything falls into place," he said.

Responding to Cruz's message, a very happy Santos-Concio said: "Talagang teenage crush ko, saka fan na fan ako ng Guy and Pip (Cruz's previous love team with Nora Aunor). Nayakap ko rin siya one day."

"Tagahanga pa rin niya ako hanggang ngayon."
