“Listen, artists and managers. When you confirm a gig, no matter how small, you have a responsibility to honor your commitment even if another gig comes along later on,” he said.

Blanco, who has been in the industry for more than two decades, went on to recall the moments he gave up bigger opportunities because he already said yes to another gig.
