Comic book writer Greg Pak took to Twitter to unveil the look of a new Filipino heroine in the Marvel Universe, designed by Filipino comic book artist Leinil Francis Yu.

Named Wave, the Filipina superhero will battle it out alongside new heroes from China named Aero and Sword Master to save the world in the War of the Realms: New Agents of Atlas.

Aside from having two gold and green sword-like weapons, not much is still known about Wave, who is described as "a mysterious new Filipino heroine" in an article in the Marvel website.
