MANILA -- "It's Showtime" host Vhong Navarro gave a short but sweet message for his wife, Tanya Bautista, on her birthday.

On Wednesday, Navarro posted a photo of his wife on Instagram.

In the caption, Navarro wrote: "Maaaring hindi ikaw ang unang minahal ko, pero sisiguraduhin ko sa’yo na ikaw na ang huling mag-mamay-ari ng puso ko!"

Navarro and Bautista tied the knot last November in Kyoto, Japan, after over a decade of being together.
