MANILA — James Reid is selling a Quezon City house he used to share with ex-girlfriend Nadine Lustre, a month after they announced the end of their four-year relationship.

That’s according to a real-estate listing Reid shared on Instagram on Tuesday.

“My house is for sale!” Reid captioned a photo collage showing the exterior and interiors of the property, located at Loyola Grand Villas in Quezon City.

Standing on a 1,000-sqm lot, the 3-storey house includes 7 bedrooms, large open space living areas, 2 large kitchens, a soundproof recording studio, a 25-m lap pool, fully equipped gym, and a 6-car garage, according to the listing.

Indicating that it’s the same house Reid once shared with Lustre is a chandelier attached to a high ceiling, near wooden railings of the second floor. That fixture was a frequent backdrop of Lustre’s Instagram posts.

Reid and Lustre were first rumored to be living together in 2017, spurring the actress’ memorable line, “Come on, guys, it’s 2017!” At the time, she didn’t give a direct confirmation of the setup. That came in 2019, in Reid’s “Gandang Gabi Vice” interview.
