MANILA – Toni Gonzaga has announced that she will be working with Piolo Pascual again in an upcoming movie.

Their reunion movie comes three years since they were paired in the blockbuster film “Starting Over Again.”

In an interview on Wednesday, Gonzaga said her still untitled movie with Pascual is something she did not expect.

“This project actually came out of nowhere. I was supposed to do a different movie and then all of a sudden, everything fell accordingly. Nangyari lahat yung mga schedule namin, the script is so beautiful, it’s something that I wouldn’t want to miss,” she said.

Gonzaga said it is hard to compare their upcoming movie with “Starting Over Again” because they are of different genres.

“Sobrang iba. Actually hindi mo siya puwedeng paglapitin. Magkaibang genre. Hindi ko siya mae-elaborate lahat pero I’ve never been this excited to go back to doing movies nung nabasa ko yung script,” she said.

Asked if she thinks her time with her son Seve won’t be compromised now that she has a new project, Gonzaga said: “Ang target playdate namin, hindi pa ganun ka-intense kaya they are allowing us to shoot twice a week because I’m still doing PBB. I have to wrap it up.”
