MANILA—There was no shortage of laugh-out-loud moments as Vice Ganda and Regine Velasquez sat down for a casual interview on Tuesday — a glimpse of what to expect from their first-ever joint concert series.

The duo took questions from press members during a break from a shoot for “The Songbird and The Songhorse,” which will be held at Araneta Coliseum on February 14, 15, and 16.

Close friends in real life, the two superstars could not help but crack jokes even as they were asked serious questions about what fans can look forward to in terms of outfits, guests, and performances.

But their unfiltered and hilarious responses were perhaps the best indication of what the unique collaboration has to offer, on top of bringing together arguably the best from two fields in showbiz — comedy and music.
