MANILA -- The hosts of "It's Showtime" congratulated Miss Universe Philippines Maxine Medina, who made it to the Top 6 of the 65th Miss Universe pageant on Monday.

"Siyempre proud na proud tayo sa pambato ng Pilipinas Maxine Medina! Pumasok tayo sa Top 6, ibig sabihin iba talaga ang ganda ng Filipina," Vhong Navarro said.

"We are so proud you and thank you for representing the country very well. She did her best," Vice Ganda agreed.

"Wala din namang itinira si girl. Kung ano ang kaya niya 'yun ang ibinigay niya talaga. Kaya huwag tayong umarte-arte, hindi din naman ganoon kadali. And, alam ko 'yan: I'd been there it's not really easy,"
he joked.

"Kahit gaano ka katalino kapag nandiyan ka na sa sitwasyon na 'yan, ma-mental block ka, matataranta ka. Of course, hindi niyo maiintindihan yan because you can never be us," Vice Ganda continued.

The openly gay comedian was also game in answering the final question given to the Top 3 Miss Universe finalists.

He also gave his answer to the question posed to Medina during the Top 6 Question and Answer portion.
