MANILA – Actress-host Jolina Magdangal and her musician-husband Mark Escueta are expecting a baby girl.

Together with their son, the couple revealed the gender of their baby on "Magandang Buhay" on Monday.

"Grabe! Alam niyo gustong-gusto ko talaga i-share sa inyo mga momshie, pero pinigil ko. Kaya ako emosyonal na ganito kasi sobra-sobra ang ibinigay sa aming blessing. On time ibinigay and gender, winish namin and binigay pa rin so sobrang thank you talaga," Magdangal said.

"Noong time na nagpa-plan pa lang kami ni Mark di ko alam kung mabilis ako mabuntis o what, kinlaim ko lang go. Tapos feeling ko lang at gusto ko lang girl, go. This is it thank you so much," Magdangal added.

Right now, Magdangal said they are busy thinking about the baby girl's name.

It was November last year when Magdangal announced that she is pregnant with her second child.

Magdangal and Escueta married on November 21, 2011.

In 2014, the couple welcomed their first child Pele.
