Ensuring that her household helpers get proper benefits and that they "can't be fired over simple mistakes," actress Isabelle Daza has created job contracts for them to sign.
It was to "show their job description" and detail "their rights as an employee," Daza explained to her followers, as she shared photos of the contract on her Instagram Stories this week.
Those rights include 8-hour breaks, sick leaves, and days off -- all clearly listed alongside the other stuff written in the contract like the basic necessities she will provide for them and their salaries.
She added that they also get benefits from contributions to the Social Security System, Philhealth, and Pag-IBIG.

"This will help them feel secure and proud to keep a job and protect both parties," Daza said.
