It's rather normal for fans of Carlo Aquino to share photos of the actor online — the popular ones this past week were of him unwinding at a foot spa and riding a jet ski while on an apparent vacation.

But judging from the vile comments on the snaps, these particular fans are not a happy bunch.

Of course, it's never easy being part of a love team. All it takes to turn the daydreams of devoted supporters into despair is a single photo of either star being affectionate with someone else.

Aquino, who has been romantically linked with his "Playhouse" co-star and former girlfriend Angelica Panganiban, has two circulating on social media.

The first one is of him riding a jet ski with a woman, identified as a car show model by some angry fans. The other is a blurred paparazzi shot of them appearing to be on a date.

Dismayed followers even pieced together two photos, saying that Aquino and the woman met after the actor filmed an episode of "Playhouse."

Because of this, a number of "CarGel" fans have began calls to boycott Aquino and his future projects for supposedly hurting Panganiban, who has, during this past week, been posting about "moving on."

It remains unclear whether there is truth to the dating rumors. Aquino has yet to address the speculation on his social media accounts.

The photos surfacing coincided with Panganiban's posts about experiencing another heartbreak. The actress did not namedrop Aquino in her posts, however.
