Nadine Lustre fell victim to theft in Brazil, where she is currently shooting a fashion editorial, the actress said on Thursday.
Lustre, 26, brought up the incident an Instagram Stories update, where she is seen posing for a selfie.
She wrote: “New fone who dis? Legit tho, cuz my phone got stolen yesterday hah…”

“Thank god for the [cloud emoji],” she said in a subsequent update, likely referring to cloud storage that allows for a seamless transfer of content from one device to another.

Lustre did not give further details about the theft.
Her most recent posts, however, indicate that she was in Rio de Janeiro hours before she revealed that her phone had been stolen.
Lustre and James Reid, her onscreen partner and real-life boyfriend, flew to Brazil early this week for a shoot for fashion magazine Mega.
