MANILA – The other members of the all-male group Masculados appealed to the public not to collectively accuse and malign them following the arrest of their fellow member Robin Robel supposedly for drug possession.

In a statement sent to PEP by manager Maryo J. de los Reyes, he said that “though they may be professionally responsible for one another, the other official members of Masculados decry the situation.”

De Los Reyes said they are hoping Robel’s case will soon be resolved and that the group’s management, Productions 56, Inc. and other members "continue to uphold faith in God, search for truth, good morals and the rule of law."

Robel and a companion were arrested in Taguig last Friday after police authorities saw them receive a suspicious object from an unnamed man.
