SAN VICENTE, Palawan - Two utility poles meant for electrical power distribution were left in the middle of the road in Palawan after a road-paving and widening project.

While residents are thankful of the road project, they are worried that the posts would cause accidents to motorists during nighttime.

According to concerned residents, the utility poles can be barely seen at night because they lack reflectors and signage.

Local authorities said it would take some time to remove the poles due to budget restraints.
