MANILA - The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) said Filipinos aged one to four can now be registered in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys).

The PSA said parents or guardians who are already registered in PhilSys can register their children aged 1-4 years old.

"The PhilSys Number (PSN) or permanent identification number of the child that will be generated will be linked to the accompanying parent or guardian," the PSA said.
