MANILA - National Treasurer Rosalia De Leon on Wednesday said she would recommend another sale of "Premyo Bonds" that target small investors next year after sales from the first issue this year exceeded the goal.

De Leon said she would recommend the issuance of the new "Premyo Bonds" to Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez after the first issuance matures.
