MANILA -- The revamped iWant for ABS-CBN's streaming service went live on the web and on Apple and Google app stores, ahead of its launch on Saturday.

Six originals will launch with iWant, including "Glorious," about a May-December affair. A trailer that featured stars Angel Aquino and Tony Labrusca kissing passionately went viral recently.

The new iWant replaces iWant TV, which recently racked up 2.5 million views in a week with the primetime teleserye, Halik, a record for the platform with 1.2 million users.

"We have a lot more in the pipeline," ABS-CBN Digital Media head Elaine Uy-Casipit said in an interview Tuesday.

iWant will also introduce new original titles that will stream exclusively on the platform. Its extensive library will include ABS-CBN shows, films, restored movie classics, and episodes of currently-airing Kapamilya teleseryes.
