MANILA - The government on Friday opened the second phase of the Laguna Lake Highway in Taguig City, which is expected to cut travel time between Bicutan and Taytay to 30 minutes from 1 hour.

The P140-million, 1.3-kilometer road includes a 3-meter wide space for bikers and joggers, a first of its kind for a highway in the country, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways.
