MANILA - Semirara Mining and Power Corp. on Monday raised several issues in its reply to the show cause letter issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

Semirara, the country’s largest coal producer, said the notice for its Molave mine project did not specify details of the violation and was issued after the prescribed period of within 72 hours from inspection.
