MANILA – Atok-Big Wedge Co. Inc. on Tuesday said Udenna Corp bought 100 million common shares of the mining firm for P2 per share.
MANILA – Atok-Big Wedge Co. Inc. on Tuesday said Udenna Corp bought 100 million common shares of the mining firm for P2 per share.
Dennis Uy’s Udenna Corp brought the shares from North Kitanglad Agricultural Company Inc. through a special block sale conducted last July 12, Atok-Big Wedge said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.

“North Kitanglad Agricultural Company, Inc. sold 100 million common shares of Atok-Big Wedge Co. Inc. to Udenna Corporation at the negotiated price of P2.00 per share or a total of P200,000,000,” the statement said.

Uy, the founder and Chairman of Udenna Corp, is also a director and vice chairman of Atok-Big Wedge. He has an existing 1,000 direct shares in the company.
