MANILA -- Philippine Airlines said Tuesday some middle seats in its aircraft would be left empty starting in July to comply with physical distancing requirements during the coronavirus pandemic.
The "distancing seats" will be observed in the economy and premium economy sections, PAL spokesperson Cielo Villaluna said.
"In the social distancing sections, an aisle or middle seat will be left empty in defined rows per aircraft," Villaluna said.
