MANILA - Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez swore into office on Friday National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon and Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. President Roberto Tan.
MANILA - Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez swore into office on Friday National Treasurer Rosalia de Leon and Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. President Roberto Tan.
De Leon took over from Tan as National Treasurer after serving as alternate executive director of the World Bank group that covers the Philippines, Brazil, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Haiti, Panama, Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.

Tan was the executive director of the same World bank office before returning to his old post as National Treasurer in 2015.
