Steak lovers usually go to Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for its finest beef cuts like its Signature Porterhouse, Prime New York Sirloin, Rib Eye and Fillet Mignon. They’re all juicy and melt-in-the-mouth tender. Now, the world-renowned restaurant is giving Filipino diners more reasons to keep coming back. On its newest branch—the fourth in the Philippines and the 32nd worldwide—located at the luxury integrated resort and casino complex, City of Dreams Manila, it’s introducing a grill concept.

Wolfgang Zwiener, founder of Wolfgang’s Steakhouse, his wife Elena, and son Peter, president and co-founder of the restaurant chain, graced the grand launch of the newest outlet Tuesday. “Here at the Grill, we are able to introduce more dishes using the different parts of the cow and the various ways of preparing it,” said Peter Zwiener. “This gives us an opportunity to offer those who want to eat other interesting and flavorful dishes, such as Lomo Saltado (a Peruvian dish) and chicken dishes. But, the good thing is, we still offer the regular full menu of Wolfgang Steakhouse.”

Keeping everyone’s gustatory excitement going are tasty bites of fall-off-the-bone Grilled Baby Back Ribs and Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Tomahawk Steak. There are also new salad options like the Classic Wedge Salad and Burrata Salad, which provide a delightful balance to a steak meal.

The 350-square-meter steakhouse located at the second floor (use the Casino entrance) retains its signature dark wooden interiors, evoking an intimate, old-world charm. The bar is outfitted with a granite table top with dark and thematic grooves enhancing the resto’s masculine ambiance. Meanwhile, familiar store features like the intimate whisky lounge and impressive wine cellar are also present in this newest location.
