Recommended dishes include the Grilled Provoleta (provolone) cheese appetizer, the Pope’s favorite Cuadril (rump steak), Entrana (skirt steak), Ojo de Bife (rib-eye), Asado de Tira (short ribs), best enjoyed with a selection of hot and cold sides that comes with every steak order. Do save some room for the Dulce de Leche Crepes for dessert.

The 8-course degustation paired with wine starts with a raclette station and a glass of perfectly chilled Chandon Brut, and concludes with a token of housemade Felchlin chocolate confections. DJ Herbie Walton and saxophonist Alvin Cornista serenade guests all night long for a memorable celebration.
