Suggested food match: Salmon Galettes from @mise.ph on Instagram.
While Champagne might be the popular choice for a new year celebration, “white or red wine is still the personal and less costly choice, “ shares Butz Tenchavez of Gran Hacienda wines. Hence, he recommends a new world still white Riesling from Chile at P870 SRP. It’s a grape that is “a favorite among Sommeliers but has never translated to the Filipino palate,” Tenchavez adds. A perfect match with a MISE.PH salmon galette when served as an aperitif.
