The Seafood

The Wines

La Guita is the leading name for Manzanilla, the perfect accompaniment for a tapas spread of ham, cheese, preserves, and patés. This wine is made from 100% Palomino grapes grown in one of the most prestigious vineyard areas of Sanlúcar, Spain and aged using the traditional Sanlúcar de Barrameda system of criaderas and solera in the Pago Sanlúcar Viejo and Misericordia wineries. The result is a wine of superior quality with an outstandingly smooth palate, with a bottle costing only P985.

This Marqués de Cáceres, Gran Reserva, Rioja 2010 is a much-lauded wine with 91 points from both James Suckling and Wine Enthusiast. La Vendimia represents the quality potential of Spanish jovens or wines aged for less than six month in oak barrels. Made by famed Spanish winemaker Alvaro Palacios, La Vendimia Grupo Álvaro Palacios is a blend of Spain’s two original varietals, Tempranillo and Garnacha. Perfect for those who are looking for a fresh and ready to drink wine, each bottle is priced at P990.

 

The Sweets

One of Spain's leading turrón brands, El Almendro Alicante Hard Turrón contains at least 60% almonds. This premium quality Spanish hard almond and honey brittle in a gift box is priced at P730.

This single origin Blanxart Philippines Dark Chocolate 71% Organic is made from organic and fair trade sourced cacao beans from the Philippines. Since 1954, Blanxart has been making chocolate in its small factory in Barcelona, still using traditional Spanish methods.
