The SPAM® brand collaborated with Chef RJ Ramos, co-owner of the neo-Filipino bistro, to take the comfort breakfast food we know and love and bring it to another level.

For his dishes at the truck, he incorporated a mix of Asian and Western influences to create even more craveable spins on the different SPAM® variants: Classic, Lite, and Less Sodium.
