MANILA - Supreme Court Associate Justice Teresita Leonardo-De Castro on Thursday answered queries from members of the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC) as she seeks to become the next Chief Justice.

De Castro, the most senior aspirant, was appointed to the high court in 2007 by then-president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
