MANILA - Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog could not have swallowed shabu as was allegedly seen on video during the raid conducted at her home, her lawyer said Thursday.
MANILA - Vice Mayor Nova Parojinog could not have swallowed shabu as was allegedly seen on video during the raid conducted at her home, her lawyer said Thursday.
"The tale will be told at a proper time, but suffice it to say that it was not shabu. Had she swallowed that shabu, it would have had disastrous consequences," Atty. Ferdinand Topacio told ANC's Headstart.

Parojinog and her brother Reynaldo Parojinog Jr., were arrested in a series of pre-dawn raids in their homes on Sunday. Their parents, Mayor Reynaldo Parojinog Sr. and Susan, were killed in the same event.
