Students and teachers from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) will hold a solidarity walk in support of the new administration on Monday, hours before President Duterte delivers his first State of the Nation Address (SONA).

PUP President Emmanuel De Guzman said the march will also push for higher budget for state universities and colleges, reforms in the mining industry and the continuation of peace talks.
