MANILA - A Japanese company that offers mergers and acquisitions (M&A) business consultation services is looking to double its hiring and list in the Philippine Stock Exchange by 2020.

Hideki Tanifuji, president and CEO of Asian Mergers & Acquisition Links, said business in the Philippines was booming, with 6 deals closed in 2 years across industries such as property and tourism.
