In an interview with Boxing Scene, Arum revealed that the reigning IBF junior bantamweight king will be signing with Top Rank Inc.

Ancajas' manager and trainer Joven Jimenez confirmed the development to ABS-CBN News, saying that the Panabo City native will be marketed by both Top Rank and Pacquiao's MP Promotions.
