Jomary Torres dominated on both standup and ground for her third professional victory. Handout

Filipina fighter Jomary Torres collected her third career victory with a dominant performance over an Indonesian fighter in the undercard of ONE: Hero’s Dream at Thuwunna Indoor Stadium in Myanmar Friday night.

The Zamboanga native neutralized grappling specialist Nita Dea by landing the big shots all throughout three rounds.

Torres also dominated on the ground, pinning Nita on the mat while pounding her with heavy punches.

This was more than enough to convince the judges to award Torres a unanimous decision win.

Aung La N Sang showed Alain Ngalani why he's called the "Burmese Python." Handout

In the main event, “The Burmese Python” Aung La N Sang came up with the most impressive victory of his career, defeating Muay Thai and kickboxing heavyweight champion Alain “The Panther” Ngalani in the promotion’s first open weight superbout.

The reigning ONE middleweight champion weathered an early assault by Ngalani, working in guard to defend himself from Ngalani’s top game.

Recognizing an opening for a standing guillotine choke, Aung La N Sang wrapped his arm around Ngalani’s neck and pulled guard to finish his opponent by submission in the first round.
